Kiwiherb Children’s Organic Chest Syrup features a range of herbs that soothe chest irritation.  This herbal formula helps your child clear mucus from their lungs and airways.  It also supports recovery from respiratory conditions.  

Naturally sweetened with Honey, this sweet syrup is easy to give, even to fussy children. 

No added gluten, dairy and soy; nor artificial flavours, colours, sweeteners and preservatives. 

Suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. 

Always read the label and use as directed.  If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. 

Ingredients

Primary active ingredients:

Thyme – A potent expectorant for tickly throats, tight chests and bronchial agitation. Thyme supports ongoing stubborn mucus removal.

Mullein – Eases coughs while encouraging mucus removal. Mullein soothes an irritated and inflamed respiratory tract.

Hyssop – A unique dual action herb that encourages nighttime rest alongside supporting stubborn mucus removal. Helps clear airways for healthy breathing.

Marshmallow – A demulcent which helps soothe dry or irritated airways, and mucus clearance.

Honey (Mānuka, Rata and Kamahi) - Honey acts as a natural antiseptic and soothing agent for tight chests.

All ingredients:

Each mL of this certified organic product contains:
Thymus vulgaris (Thyme) dry herb extract 66.6 microlitres (derived from 33.3mg dry herb).
Verbascum thapsus (Mullein) dry leaf extract 50 microlitres (derived from 25mg dry leaf).
Hyssopus officinalis (Hyssop) dry herb extract 40 microlitres (derived from 20mg dry herb).
Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow) dry root extract 60 microlitres (derived from 12mg dry root).
Honey (Manuka, Kamahi, Rata) 540mg.


In a base of purified water, glycerol, apple (juice concentrate), ethanol, apple cider vinegar, orange flavour and lemon oil.


Contains no artificial flavours, sweeteners, colours, or preservatives.

Dosage

Infants 0 to 1 yr: 0.1 - 1mL
Children 1 to 2 yrs: 1 - 2.5mL
Children 2 to 4 yrs: 2.5 - 4.5mL
Children 4 to 6 yrs: 4.5 - 6mL
Children 6 to 12 yrs: 6 - 8mL
Take 2 – 5 times daily undiluted, or dilute in a small amount of water or juice, and drink immediately.

Is tasty and clears the chest

This chest syrup works so well. My kids love the taste and if they have bad congestion, this really helps to clear their chests without needing to see the doctor for antibiotics. I always have a bottle in the cupboard.
