Intense physical exercise causes free radicals to outnumber the antioxidants in your body. Your body counteracts this to a certain degree. While regular exercise is good for you, long term high intensity exercise can lead to cellular damage and muscle fatigue. Other factors such as a poor diet and exposure to pollutants also contribute to this. The impaired imbalance between free radicals and antioxidants is called oxidative stress.

Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea) dry root extract 1.7mL (derived from 850mg dry root).
Ribes nigrum (Blackcurrant) fresh fruit extract 70mg (derived from 14g fresh fruit).
Olea europaea (Olive) dry leaf extract 800 microlitres (derived from 400mg dry leaf).
Sambucus nigra (Elderberry) fruit juice concentrate 500 microlitres.

In a base of Rubus idaeus (Raspberry) fruit juice concentrate, ethanol, purified water, Rubus hybrids fruit (juice concentrate) and thaumatin.
