All orders are processed during normal business hours (that’s Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm), and as soon as possible after we’ve received them. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours.
Any orders received after 2.30pm, or placed on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next working day.
Unfortunately, we can’t deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Orders over $75 (excluding GST) have free delivery!
If we need to deliver your order in multiple deliveries, you’ll only pay for the first one and there will be no extra charge for the remainder of your order.
International delivery costs are calculated on the website so you can see the total cost before you place your order. Please note that you won’t need to pay import taxes.
All deliveries require a signature, which means that the delivery address provided must be a street address. We cannot accept P.O. box addresses for delivery.
If it is impractical for you to receive and sign for a delivery, please include a note in the ‘Notes’ section at checkout stating “I authorise for my order to be delivered without obtaining a signature”. This will make it clear that NZ Couriers can leave your order without getting a signature.
Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for any item left without signature and cannot be liable for any late delivery.
To track your order, please email us at email@example.com with your sales order number – you’ll find it on the purchase confirmation page. We’ll then provide you with a NZ Couriers tracking number.
Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately we’re unable to accept returns.
If you received the wrong goods or they got broken in transit, please let us know within 2 working days of delivery. Please contact our team on firstname.lastname@example.org with the damaged item’s batch number (found on the back of the box) and photos of the damage.
Our customer service team will then give you instructions and a Damaged Goods form. This will help us sort this out for you as quickly as possible.
Kiwiherb is closed on standard public holidays. You can still place an order and we’ll get straight onto processing it the next working day.
